The NBA action continues Wednesday night, and with nine games on the schedule, the bettors can choose from plenty of interesting markets. Some of tonight’s matchups bring very interesting betting trends including a couple of Southwest Division showdowns in Houston and San Antonio. Hereof, we bring you all need-to-know betting trends around the Association to help you make the best wagers tonight.

  • Featured game: Memphis Grizzlies vs. Houston Rockets

The Grizzlies (28-29; 30-26-1 ATS) are riding a three-game losing streak, so they opened as heavy 10-point dogs in this one. Memphis is only 1-4 ATS in its last five outings on the road, 1-5 ATS in its previous six showings as underdogs, and 0-4 ATS in its last four road contests against a team with a home winning percentage above .600.

Also, the Grizzlies are 4-11-1 ATS in their last 15 road games played in February, while they are 2-6 SU and ATS in their previous eight encounters with the Rockets (37-20; 28-29 ATS). Memphis is 1-4 SU and ATS in its last five visits to Toyota Center.

On the other side, the Rockets are rolling on a four-game win streak, covering three times in the process. They are 4-0 ATS in the last four outings following a straight-up win of more than 10 points, 5-2 ATS in the last seven games playing on one day rest, and 5-2 ATS in the previous seven home tilts against a team with a losing road record. Interestingly, Houston is only 1-8 ATS in its last nine home games against division rivals.

  • Orlando Magic vs. Atlanta Hawks

The Magic (25-32; 24-31-1 ATS) overcame a 19-point deficit in a 115-113 win at Brooklyn on Monday. They’ve won three of the last four games, covering twice in that span, but the Magic are only 3-10 ATS over their previous 13 outings. Still, Orlando is 9-3 ATS in its last 12 games against the losing team and is 16-5 ATS in its last 21 road contests against a team with a losing home record.

Furthermore, the Magic are 5-2 ATS in their last seven outings as favorites and are 5-2 SU and ATS in their last seven meetings with the Hawks. Atlanta (17-42; 27-31-1 ATS) is 6-1-1 ATS in its last eight home games and is 7-2-1 ATS in its last 10 outings following a straight-up loss, but the Hawks are only 7-16-1 ATS in their previous 24 games against a team with a losing record.

  • Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Miami Heat

The Timberwolves (16-40; 19-35-2 ATS) have won four of their last five meetings with the Heat (36-21; 2-26-2 ATS) including the previous three while covering twice in the process along with a couple of pushes. However, the T-Wolves are terrible 1-18 SU and 3-16 ATS over their last 19 games overall and are 0-9 SU and 2-7 ATS in their previous nine outings on the road.

On the other side, Miami is only 2-6 SU and ATS in its last eight contests overall. Still, the Heat are 8-2 SU and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 showings at home and are 10-2 SU and 9-2-1 ATS in their previous 12 home meetings with the Western Conference. The over has hit in 14 of Miami’s last 20 home contests.

  • Dallas Mavericks vs. San Antonio Spurs

The Mavericks (35-23; 31-24-3 ATS) have a chance to clinch their regular-season series with the Spurs (24-32; 24-31-1 ATS) since 2010 after beating them twice this season. Dallas is only 4-15 SU in its last 19 meetings with San Antonio, but the Mavs are 10-4 ATS over their previous 14 tilts against the Spurs. San Antonio has dropped only two of its last 20 home contests against Dallas. However, the Spurs 0-6 ATS in their last six home matchups with the Mavs.

Dallas is 4-2 SU and ATS in its last six outings, 7-2-2 ATS in its previous 11 showings on the road, and 9-2 ATS in its last 11 meetings with division rivals. San Antonio is 2-5 SU and ATS in its last seven games overall, 4-3 ATS in its previous seven home games, and 5-1 ATS in its last six contests against division opponents. The over is 6-1 in the Spurs last seven games, and it is 8-1 in the Mavs’ last nine games.
