A pair of hot teams have surged in the odds, with the Seattle Mariners, winners in nine of their last 10 games, claiming the role as AL favorites at +900, ahead of the Detroit Tigers and Toronto Blue Jays, both at 12-1.
In the NL, the Milwaukee Brewers (who have won 12 of their last 13 contests), have climbed to third in the NL to win the World Series at 10-1, behind only the Dodgers and the Philadelphia Phillies, who check in at +700.
