It’s been a few months since the 2018-19 College Basketball season came to an end and the odds to win the 2020 NCAA Tournament have shaken up since then. Here’s a look at the latest numbers.

According to  oddsmakers, Michigan State now finds itself as the favorite with 6/1 odds to win it all. Other short odds to win are Kentucky (8/1), Duke (19/2), Kansas (12/1) and Memphis (12/1).

Michigan State had 8/1 odds to win it all after the 2019 Tournament concluded, but their odds have taken a pretty significant drop. MSU claimed the Big Ten regular season and tournament titles last season while going 32-7. The Spartans reached the Final Four before losing to Texas Tech in the national semifinals. MSU lost a key piece with Nick Ward declaring for the NBA Draft and then going undrafted, but MSU still returns Cassius Winston, who was a Player of the Year finalist. MSU’s recruiting class isn’t among the best in the country, but is highlighted by Detroit guard Rocket Watts Jr., a 4-star talent.

Duke was the favorite following the season and is coming off a 32-6 season where it reached the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament before falling to Michigan State. The Blue Devils lost three of their dynamic freshmen in Zion Williamson, RJ Barrett and Cam Reddish, but still bring in a very solid recruiting class that has three five-star players. Leading that group is Florida center Vernon Carey Jr., who is 6-10, 275 pounds.

Of the favorites, Memphis is a new team that is now in the mix. The Tigers went just 22-14 last season and lost in the second round of the NIT Tournament. However, coach Penny Hardaway is bringing in a recruiting class of 7 new players and their class is unanimously ranked No. 1 nationally by recruiting pundits. They landed the top recruit in the nation, Tennessee center James Wiseman, who is 7-0, 230 pounds.
